Brand new to this

Im pretty new to this, so bear with me... did I spell that right? Anyways, stay tuned, this should be good.
If your reading this, you know who I am, my name is Carol Elaine Hart. I go by Elaine. If you call me Carol, I wont answer, I will think your talking to someone else. I am 31 years old, a single full time parent to 2 children. Elianna Renee Hart 6, and Joshua Lynn Hart who turns 4 tomorrow.
I think I wanted to write a blog for the sake of updating my friends about my life, my family, my dating life, my school life, just me. Does that make me conceeded... probably? But does that make you some sort of voyeur because your reading personal stuff about me... ha ha
Feel free to comment and give me some advice about what you think I should do in whatever situation I blog about.

This weekend I am going to attempt to throw Joshua a birthday party at my house, well, my parents house. This should be interesting as I have nothing planned yet but the cake. He could care less what we do, all he cares about is having his friends come to play, and birthday cake, and singing that famous birthday song.

Tonight I am going out to dinner with Danny Hernandez, and then picking out my new Sprint phone.. SO EXCITED because I have literally had Sprint replace my piece of crap Blackberry about 7 times already. I am also getting my grandparents at the airport. They are coming back from El Salvador after being there for about 4 and a half months.
